Langley Land Corporate Brain
A real estate deal brain for tracking files, dates, deal status, and follow-ups across OneDrive and Slack.
The Problem
Real estate deals move through messy folders, PDFs, notes, and conversations. Critical dates and deal status changes can get buried, and stale information can trigger the wrong follow-up.
The Approach
We connected the brain to OneDrive and Slack, structured deal entities, added critical-date extraction from PDFs, and designed confirmation flows so the system can ask before updating or canceling reminders.
The Outcome
Active client build for Langley Land, with the corporate brain becoming the foundation for deadline tracking and deal operations.
