The Problem

Important real estate context often lives in fast-moving message threads. Without capture and structure, the team has to manually remember what happened, what changed, and what needs action.

The Approach

We scoped and built a WhatsApp proof of concept that captures messages, extracts useful context, and routes that information into a company brain so it can support future reporting, reminders, and agent workflows.

The Outcome

Active client proof of concept for Fox Real Estate and a reusable connector pattern for future real estate deployments.
