The Problem
Manual real estate prospecting depends on catching the right signal at the right time. By the time a company has already moved, the opportunity is often gone.
The Approach
We built a scout-style agent using web research, company filtering, and source review to surface companies worth pursuing. The system is being improved around earlier signals, cleaner review UX, and broader geographic coverage.
