The Superhuman Operator Stack

The goal is not to use more AI tools.
The goal is to become harder to bottleneck.
If you are a founder, operator, builder, or ambitious person inside a company, your stack should help you do six things better.
1. Daily briefing
Every morning, get a short brief:
- calendar
- priorities
- waiting items
- urgent messages
- open loops
- what changed yesterday
This is the difference between starting your day by reacting and starting with a map.
2. Memory
You need a place where important context survives.
Not perfect notes. Useful memory.
Save decisions, project updates, people context, and recurring problems. Then use AI to retrieve it before meetings, writing, and decisions.
3. Research
AI should help you answer:
- What is happening?
- Who matters?
- What changed?
- What are the best examples?
- What are people missing?
Good research is leverage because it improves every decision after it.
4. Writing
Use AI to make your thinking sharper, not more generic.
The workflow:
- write rough thoughts
- ask AI to organize them
- add examples
- remove vague claims
- edit until it sounds like you
AI should speed up the draft. It should not replace your taste.
5. Workflow building
Every time you do something three times, turn it into a workflow.
Examples:
- prep for a sales call
- write a client update
- review a deal
- research a market
- turn notes into a memo
The first version can be a prompt. The second version can be a checklist. The third version can be an agent.
6. Decision review
Before a meaningful decision, ask AI to argue against you.
Here is the decision I am leaning toward:
[decision]
Here is why:
[reasoning]
Find the weak assumptions, missing information, and strongest counterargument.
The stack
If you want the simple version:
- one tool for chat
- one place for memory
- one workflow for research
- one workflow for writing
- one workflow for meetings
- one workflow for decisions
That is enough to start feeling like you have more capacity than before.
